Your tool will be carefully packed and dispached withinh 1-4 working days.

Of course, shipping nr and the carrier name with the link to tracking will be added to Paypal and send additionaly to your email.

Inside the European Union it is DHL and to the rest of the countries it is the Polish Post.

Always first you have to contact us if you will have any problems with your parcel. We are able to contact the carrier to provide additional information.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost,we will give you a refund or send you immediately a new tool.
If the tool get damage in transport(what never happened,as it is solidly secured) ,we will send you a new tool or the part that got damage.
Yes, you can return the tool within 14 days, but it can not show any signs of use.
We are able to provide a return label only inside European Union.
According to the EU rules you must pay for the return shipment.
Customers from outside the European Union who want to return the tool must arrange the return shipment on their own.
